Theodore Point, Jr. Obituary
RIVERSIDE –Theodore “Ted”, “Uncle Teddy” Point, Jr., passed away on Saturday November 26, 2022 at Rhode Island Hospital.
Ted was born in East Providence, the son of the late Theodore and Mary (De Costa) Point, Sr.
Ted was loving long time companion of the late Clara Laber.
Uncle Teddy was a tool setter machinist for the Calibri Jewelry Manufacturing for many years.
He was a Veteran of the US Army, and an East Providence resident his whole life.
Ted liked going to the casinos and travelling when he could.
Uncle Teddy is survived by his stepson Todd Laber of Riverside, his brother Richard Point and his sister Mary McElroy.
He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Ted was the brother of the late Edward Point, the late Lena Picard, and the late Dorothy Picard.
He will be buried at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI, on Saturday December 3, 2022, at 11:30am.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Those attending please meet at the cemetery administration building parking area at 11:15 am.
