Rita O. (Nadeau) Grof

Rumford - Rita O. (Nadeau) Grof, 95 of Rumford, passed away on Thursday May 12,2022 at home surrounded by her family.

She was the wife of the late Ernest Grof.. Rita was born in Providence the daughter of the late Joseph and Angelina (Baron) Nadeau.

She was a Machine Operator for the American Insulated Wire, Company for over 35 years before retiring.

Mrs. Grof has lived in Rumford for over 67 years coming from Pawtucket. She was a parishioner of St. Margaret Church.

Rita enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son David Grof and his wife Rose of Rumford , and her daughter  Linda Williams of Rumford.

She was the grandmother of David Grof, Steven Williams and Jeffrey Williams.

Mrs. Grof was the great grandmother of Hunter Grof and Nolan Grof.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 10:00am in St. Margaret Church, 1098 Pawtucket Avenue, Rumford.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
