Irene Coutinho

SEEKONK – Irene Q. Coutinho, 85, of Seekonk, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at home. 

She was the beloved wife of Carlos D. Coutinho.

Born on April 20, 1937, in Madeira, Portugal, she was the loving daughter of the late Joao P. Quintal and Virginia (Faria) Quintal.

Irene’s predominant role in life was as a wife and mother, lovingly making a home for her family.

In addition to her beloved husband, Carlos, she is survived by her devoted son, Carlos Q. Coutinho of Seekonk.

Relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated in her honor on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs
Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk.

Interment in Saint Stephen’s Cemetery in Attleboro, will be held privately at a later date. Visitation has been respectfully omitted.
