Rehoboth – Earle V. Kindberg, 78, of Rehoboth, MA., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday March 19,2022. He was the husband of Carol S. (Ford) Kindberg, they were married for over 46 years.
He was born in the Touisset section of Warren, RI, the son of the late Raymond G. and Irene E. (Donnelly) Kindberg.
Earle was a truck driver for the Colfax Manufacturing Company for many years before retiring in 2003.
He has been a Rehoboth resident all his life. Earle enjoyed working in his garden, fishing, boating, hunting, and farming. His family owned the former Kindberg Dairy now Munroe Dairy. In the winter months he enjoyed spending time at his home in Florida with his wife, family and friends.
Earle also enjoyed, Boxing, racing, Seekonk Speedway, he was part of the pit crew for Bugsy Stevens Racing at Seekonk.
He also enjoyed cooking with his family and teaching his kids and grandchildren his recipes.
Mr. Kindberg like to spend time with his family and his dog Bella. The ocean was another one of his favorite places to be. Many hours were spent at the beach or ocean. Weather it was fishing, quahoging or just watching the waves. Earle loved spending time in his yard birdwatching and admiring his flower beds.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children Susan “Pumpkin” Kindberg and Weston Palmer of Rehoboth, Peter Kindberg and Denise DiFiore of Rehoboth, Dawn and Kevin DeVolle of Rehoboth, Craig Ford of Attleboro, Michael Ford of Pawtucket.
He was the brother of Judith Rose of Taunton, MA.
Mr. Kindberg was the grandfather of Nathan, Ariana, Steven, Ryan, Cody, Michaela, Nicole, Cheryl and Sean.
He was the great grandfather of 6, and Earle is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Earle was the brother of the late Conrad Kindberg and the late Lisa Kindberg.
A Celebration of his life will be held Friday September 23rd from 3:00pm – 8:00pm at the REHOBOTH GUN CLUB, 61 Reed Street, Rehoboth, MA., 02769.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
